QUARANTINE
During the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, we had to regroup quickly to find a new way to communicate with our donors, volunteers, and employees. People were no longer allowed to visit our shelter, and donations were dwindling. We pulled together a suite of digital experiences, designed to envelope our audiences with fun, facts and helpful tips. From “Ready, Set, Grow!” where we invited our followers to watch litters of puppies and kittens thrive in their foster homes, to helpful suggestions for managing pets while sheltering in place, we kept our animal-loving audience engaged and coming back for more. We also raised donations with sales of the pandemic work-from-home uniform — sweats!
